I go with my wife to this lovely place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. I visit this place many times. The meals are very tasty, the crew is welcoming and the payment is affordable. I like meeting in this place for a rich dinner.

This is a great Greek restaurant right here In the Chicago area on the north shore. We love to go here on weekends before it gets busy at around 4 to 430. The employees here are super friendly and the food is out of this world. Absolutely love the flaming cheese and they serve up a pretty good cup of coffee.

Nice Greek gem. There is no parking you'd have to prepare a few dollars to tip the free valley. Recent times the seafood quality has been declining the octopus and calamari used to be the best in town now its getting really bad and difficult to chew. I hope they make an recalibration of the cooking method as it really was the best of town few years ago.

Great food and company! Our Serbian waitress was top notch as well as the busboys. Food was authentic and tasty as usual. Octopus, lamb chops, village salad etc were amazing. Psistaria is now the best Greek restaurant in Chicago, dethroning The Greek Islands of the top spot.

One of the best Greek chicken's that I've ever had. Add the classic Greek potatoes , rice pilaf, or navy bean soup to make a great meal. Extremely authentic and reasonably priced.

Greek food at it's best, I love going there for baby lamb chops, the veggies, the soup and the sesame seeds roasted bread. The fish is also a good choice as well as other meat choices cooked your style

Had a early Sunday family dinner and everything we had was delicious. Began with a lovely rose wine from Greece. The apps we had were taramasalata, gyros, octopus, tiropita and then of course our main meal. I had moussaka, meatballs and spanakopita. The others had snapper, lamb, bakalao, calamari and everything was very good and we were stuffed. The food is super delicious and it's a total bargain. The staff is super sweet and accommodating. Will definitely return.

If you want amazing authentic Greek food come here!!! Their dips for pita is out of this world. It’s a busy place so be prepared for lots folks drinking, eating and talking over each other. They have complimentary valet parking so it’s easy for older folks.

We ordered takeout for our wedding anniversary since dine-in is not an option due to Covid-19. (We dined in 2 years ago to the day.) The food was ready and packed well. No spilling on the drive home. When I got home we discovered my wife's entree was missing. I called and the manager said it was not entered into the computer by mistake so we weren't charged. (I wondered why the bill was so low.) He apologized and had it delivered to our house free of charge. Excellent customer service!We thoroughly enjoyed the meal.The spanakopita was really good as well as the custard pastry with ice cream.We look forward to dining in again for a special occasion once the pandemic has passed.

Personally, I think this place is fantastic. If I had my choice to get good Greek food in the Chicago land area, this is it. It is worth the drive if you are at a distance. Everything is always great all around!!

The food was wonderful! We started for almost 2 hours catching up. The prices are good and the portions are large. They have reasonable priced wine too. I definitely will be back!
